Research

Aerosols—solid or liquid particles suspended in the atmosphere—play a critical role in shaping the Earth's weather, air quality, and climate, yet they remain one of the most uncertain components in climate science. My unique expertise, spanning from the molecular to the global scale, enables me to generate transformative new insights into the impacts of aerosols on atmospheric processes, air quality, human health, and climate systems, eventually driving more effective climate policies and environmental strategies.
